In April 2023, we launched the first round of the flexible funding call FA2: EDI Challenges, we funded four projects worth £80k:

• Energising Equity: Co-developing a Framework for the inclusion of neurodivergent energy researchers
• Assessing the Use of Natural Language Processing NLP in Reviewing STEM Research Grant Applications
• PEERS - Pathways for Equal access to the Energy Research Sector
• ”Did This Really Happen?! - Fighting sexism in science one comic strip at a time”
