Champions Network

What is the aim?

The aim is to create a supportive structure where Champions actively advocate for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) from underrepresented backgrounds. This includes encouraging applications for prestigious funding, prizes, and awards, and offering meaningful career support to help ECRs thrive.
 

How will it work?

This is a two-way model:

• Champions:  who express an interest will be invited to support one or more ECRs. 
• ECRs: will be encouraged to propose ideas for support, which we’ll help facilitate through connections with Champions.
