Across the energy sector, there are a wide range of EDI policies, interventions, training and mentoring activities conducted. This activity will examine the kinds of interventions that partner organisations use to combat systemic inequality and how they measure impact. PA2 will help organisations to benchmark their EDI practices against others (including industry partners) in the network, thus supporting identification of organisationally specific and idiosyncratic considerations of EDI. The mapping exercise will identify which EDI interventions work, under what conditions and how they operate, leading to what possible outcomes. It will support organisations to develop their own capacities for tackling systemic inequalities through more effective policy interventions.
