Meet the member:  Our spotlight this month is on full network member Dr Litka Milian, Associate Professor (Teaching), Dept of Chemistry, Durham University.

"I joined IGNITE+ because I'm passionate about making STEM fields more inclusive and diverse. As someone who works on equality and diversity issues, I saw IGNITE+ as a great chance to work with others who share this goal. The network's focus fits perfectly with what I do in my job, like improving our courses and helping students get involved. By being part of IGNITE+, I can share what I know and learn from others.
