I am passionate about developing technologies which can help to mitigate climate change and along the way hopefully facilitating change in academia to make it a more diverse and inclusive place to work.
What do you think are the challenges for equity/equality, diversity and inclusion in the energy research community in reaching netzero targets by 2050?
Ensuring we have a community who is representative of the population, particularly at the higher levels of leadership and decision making.
