This new report, LGBTQ+ Practices in Higher Education: Existing Practices and Suggested Improvements, explores current LGBTQ+ policies and practices across UK universities, drawing on insights from EDI professionals and LGBTQ+ network chairs. The findings highlight the crucial role of LGBTQ+ networks in fostering support and advocacy, alongside the importance of visibility, meaningful training, and effective policy implementation. The report also provides practical suggestions for improvement across these areas.
