We are delighted to invite you to the IGNITE Network+ Annual Event 2025: Career pathways and opportunities for energy research taking place on Wednesday, 30 April 2025. The event will start at 09:30 with registration, coffee/pastries and networking and will kick off at 10:00, Prince Philip House, London SW1Y 5DG [location], the event will end 16:00. This is a hybrid event, for those who are not able to join in person.

The first IGNITE / EDI+ annual event took place on 20 March 2024, 12 until 6pm and was hosted by IGNITE partner, The University of the Manchester, and chaired by Dr Jessica Gagnon, IGNITE Co-Investigator based at The University of Manchester.

The IGNITE network+ Launch Event took place on Tuesday 18 April 2023, 10am in the University of Strathclyde.  This was a hybrid event.

 In the morning, delegates heard from a range of speakers who discussed the EDI challenges in the energy research sector, mechanisms for change and best practice, this concluded with a panel discussion and Q&A. In the afternoon, delegates had the opportunity to attend workshops to launch the IGNITE flexible funding call on EDI initiatives (FA2) and hear about the EDI+ Network.
