We’re delighted to share the Interim Report for the IGNITE Network+ Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) project.

This report highlights the progress we've made since the network’s launch in September 2022, including:

• Over £420k awarded through flexible funding to support 13 projects across 30 organisations
• A growing community of 400+ members
• Launch of key initiatives such as our mentoring programme, EDI challenges, and baseline data collection
• Engagement in national conferences, public outreach, and collaborations with over 20 energy consortia
• Development of a robust governance structure and a vibrant social media presence

The report also outlines our ongoing commitment to building a more inclusive energy research landscape.
