Meet the member:  Our spotlight this month is on full network member Dr Carolina Costa | Lecturer in School of Computing, Engineering and Building Environment | Edinburgh Napier University.

"I decided to join Ignite Network+ for two main reasons: first, my research focuses on thermal energy, and second, I have prior experience as an EDI Lead. I am interested in joining a community that supports energy researchers and promotes a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment. Especially now, as grant application processes become more focused on research impact, particularly in the context of Gender Equality Statements."
